Our Projects

The e:HEV system seamlessly switches between EV Drive, Hybrid Drive, and Engine Drive to deliver excellent fuel efficiency and engaging driving performance across all driving conditions. As a result, excellent fuel economy and fun of driving can be achieved.
Handling at will.
The e:HEV system integrates a 1.5-liter Atkinson-cycle engine, traction and generator motors, battery pack, Power Control Unit (PCU), and a lock-up clutch to deliver efficient electric-driven performance at low speeds and optimal engine operation during high-speed cruising.
Honda HR-V e:HEV balances outstanding fuel efficiency with responsive performance, optimized for Indonesian road conditions.

Honda HR-V e:HEV

The Honda HR‑V e:HEV is the first locally manufactured hybrid of its kind in Indonesia, highlighting Honda’s move towards electrification and environmental responsibility.

In June 2025, Honda R&D Indonesia supported Honda Prospect Motor's media test drive. Through technical validation and on-road testing, Honda R&D Indonesia contributed to proving the efficiency of Honda’s e:HEV lineup under Indonesian driving conditions.

As a result. HR-V e:HEV can maintain its fun-to-drive feelings while boosting fuel consumption performance, recorded at more than 25km/liter (based on internal testing).

HR-V e:HEV has proven to be both fuel-efficient and powerful—perfectly suited to the diverse road conditions of Indonesia. By intelligently balancing electric motor drive and engine power, it not only delivers superior fuel economy but also preserves Honda’s “fun to drive” DNA across city streets, highways, and scenic coastal routes.
